Thank you for using Isya.ai. This No Refund Policy outlines the terms related to purchases and credit usage on our platform. By topping up credits or using any paid feature on Isya.ai, you agree to the terms below.

1. Free Access & Credit-Based Model

​

Isya.ai offers new users a free trial of 5 questions, allowing you to explore our AI services before making any payments.

After the free questions are used, access to further services is based on a credit system:

  • RM20 credit top-up grants approximately 8–10 additional questions.

  • Each standard question interaction deducts 2 credits.

  • In-depth matching analysis reports deduct 5 credits per use or update.

 

Credits are stored in your account and can be used at your convenience, as long as the account remains active.

 

2. No Refunds for Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Unused or partially used credits

  • Dissatisfaction with answers or AI-generated reports

  • Accidental or duplicate purchases

  • Change of mind after credit top-up

  • Failure to use credits before account inactivity or deletion

Due to the digital, instant, and personalised nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once credits are applied to your account.

 

3. Inactive or Expired Accounts

​

Credits are linked to your account. If your account becomes inactive, is deleted by you, or is suspended due to Terms violations, remaining credits will not be refunded or transferred.

4. Exceptions (If Legally Required)

​

We may consider a refund only in specific cases, such as:

  • Duplicate transactions confirmed by our payment processor

  • Payment error caused by system fault on Isya.ai’s end

  • Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws (subject to review)

To request a review, please contact support@isya.ai within 7 days of your transaction. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

 

5. Chargebacks & Abuse

​

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting our support team first may result in account suspension and forfeiture of credits. We reserve the right to dispute fraudulent claims and recover any related costs.
